Technical Recruiter

Intermediate (Mid)

The Technical Recruiter will perform the end to end recruiting process.


  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Kalibrr, Monster, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and Github
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ skill level
  • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
  • Facilitate Client calibration calls
  • Endorse a minimum of 3 highly qualified candidates within 3 to 5 business days to the Hiring manager
  • Administer technical assessments when necessary
  • Schedule and arrange the final interviews with the hiring manager
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products


  • Excellent probing, verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong social media reach
  • Computer engineering background (bonus);
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruitment, including niche roles
  • Willing to work on a 3-month contract (renewable depending on business needs)
