Social Media Talent Consultant

The Social Media Talent Consultant keeps up with the latest trends and social platforms and has a knack for connecting with people to find the best talents in the market.


The successful candidate will be responsible for building talent branding for Atticus Solutions by highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors.

  • Leverage candidate-facing communications, social media, and video to convey the corporate culture and employee experience.
  • Partner with recruiting partners and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies that meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop fresh and creative strategies to engage and attract both active and passive candidates through social media.
  • Manage the company’s career-based social profiles and Talent database.
  • Measure the effectiveness and outcomes of social sourcing activities.
  • Reporting to the C.E.O. and collaborates closely with the HR Director.


  • 3 to 5 years experience specializing in sourcing/recruitment using social media as the main platform.
  • Knowledge in end-to-end recruitment for Technical and Accounting roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal as this role will be client-facing.
  • Advanced level in creating presentations, trends, and analysis of the talent market.
  • Must be Strategy-focused and innovative.
  • Possesses a Positive, Passionate, and Pursuant attitude.
  • Willing to work as a Consultant for 3 months.
